Velaro ships all orders via Delhivery, one of India’s leading logistics providers.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Serviceable Areas
We ship across India through Delhivery’s network. For remote or non-serviceable pin codes, our team will contact you with alternatives.
Failed Deliveries
Delhivery will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After all failed attempts, the package is returned to us. Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate when placing an order.
