The engineering framework
Every Velaro garment is tested across five measurable dimensions before it reaches production. No subjective claims. No marketing language. Just the data that tells you whether a shirt will perform in the life you actually live.

38°CTested at
Weave and yarn density engineered for airflow at the fibre level — not assumed from the fibre name.
140–180GSM range
Cut, drape and stretch considered for commute, desk and long meetings — not a hanger.
12 hrWear tested
Colour, shape and fit verified across wash cycles before production — not after launch.
30+Wash cycles
Finish tested for softness against skin — no itch, no stiffness, no hidden abrasion on pressure points.

They design for how it looks. We engineer for how it performs.
They hide fabric data. We publish GSM, weave, and wear tests.
They design for fashion weeks. We design for 38°C and humidity.
Four everyday essentials, engineered for Indian conditions. Every fabric tested, every GSM published, every detail considered.
Tested by real people
First shirt I didn't have to change after the commute. GSM printed on the tag — finally someone gets it.
I've been buying premium shirts for years and never knew what fabric weight meant. Velaro puts it on the tag. Bought three on the same visit.
Linen Blend stayed dry through three back-to-back calls. The fabric just breathes differently.
No pilling, no fade, shape intact. This is the test I care about, not the runway.
The Honest Answers
No fluff. Just answers about fabric, fit, performance, and how to care for a shirt engineered to outlast a few seasons.
Ask Us AnythingGSM (grams per square metre) is the weight of your fabric. Lower GSM means lighter and more breathable — a good thing in Indian heat. Higher GSM means heavier and warmer. Velaro's everyday range sits between 140 and 180 GSM, engineered specifically for the climate most Indians live in. We print it on every tag so you can actually compare.
No — and most brands won't tell you this. "Cool" depends on weave and density, not just fibre. A loosely woven low-GSM cotton breathes; a tightly woven high-GSM cotton traps heat just like polyester. That's why two cotton shirts can feel completely different at 38°C.
Every fabric goes through breathability, heat dissipation, sweat handling, movement, and wash-cycle testing before it reaches production. We only ship what passes. Our engineering framework — Climate, Breathability, Movement, Durability, Skin Feel — is the standard we hold every SKU to.
7-day easy returns on unworn items with tags attached. Free exchanges if the size doesn't work. You should never have to guess on fit — and you shouldn't have to pay extra to get it right.
Machine wash cold with similar colours, use a mild detergent, and line dry in shade. Iron inside-out on medium heat. Every shirt is wash-tested for 30+ cycles, but gentle care keeps it at its best for longer.
