Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Customised or personalised items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@velaro.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days.
- Once approved, we arrange reverse pickup via Delhivery.
- Pack the item securely and hand it to the Delhivery courier.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer size and colour exchanges where stock is available. Email support@velaro.com to request one.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
